A fantasy novel published in 2020, The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue shares the story of a young French woman named Adeline who desperately wants to live life on her own terms; as opposed to conforming to the traditional life of a woman in the 1700s. Addie makes a deal with a God of darkness and is granted immortality, with one HUGE catch: no one she meets can remember her. She lives many years learning to accept her curse, until one day, a fateful meeting changes everything.

Beginning in September, we will host a book club chat the final week of the month to give you (and us) a chance to read the book of the month. Our inaugural book club episode will be a discussion about The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue. Be sure to pick this one up via your library or an audiobook.

Living in the Sunshine State most of her life; Tashima is a mom of two wonderful crazy kids, while also working full-time in the healthcare industry for almost 20 years and counting.
